For this year Liceo Taller San Miguel is improving in the area of nutrition, based on the review and analysis of agreement 43 from the Ministry of Health which require an increase in the supply of healthy foods with high nutritional value harmless in school shops and cafeterias. Students, families, teachers and administrative staff will be provided  spaces for reflection, diagnosis and attention on the topic of healthy habits and good eating practices, performing workshops with students, support and nutritional supervision during lunch and lunch hours, nutritional checkups in private consultation for students who require it and nutritional consultation for parents, previously scheduled at the school’s secretary, to establish continuous improvement processes in the nutritional issues detected in their children and encourage good eating habits. 

To offer an appropriate care there will be continuous diagnosis and intervention in the food service area (school restaurant) and support the Basic BPM tool for obtaining safe processes for human consumption that focuses on hygiene and proper manipulation to ensure the production of safe, healthy food suitable for human consumption.
